Product Overview
Our copper pancake coils are manufactured from high-purity Cu-DHP alloy, thoroughly cleaned and capped to maintain internal dryness. They feature excellent ductility, allowing for easy bending and installation in narrow HVAC cavities.

Dimensions & Geometry
Supplied in standard coil lengths of 50ft (15.24m) or 100ft (30.48m), individually wrapped in high-strength clear shrink wrap and packed into protective cardboard boxes.
Packaging Specifications
Stowed in double-corrugated master boxes, shrink-wrapped on heavy wooden pallets. Moisture absorber bags are placed inside every box to prevent discoloration.
Verified Certifications
Certified compliant with ASTM B280, EN 12735-1, and AS/NZS 1571. Supplied with full material test report (MTR) according to EN 10204 3.1.
